Failed to Connect My vpn software ie Nuke& NukeX and how to upload my work for critique

Failed to open my vpn softwares (Nuke & NukeX), I am always asked to buy the software/ provide a licence/ try non commercial version.

Another issue, how & where can I upload my work for critiques and comments?
